This Privacy Policy describes how Adrenaline Performance Inc. (“AP,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the Send of the Year contest landing page at sendoftheyear.adrenalineperformance.co.

This page is informational only. We do not collect personal information directly through this website. The contest entry process happens on Instagram, and is governed by Instagram’s own Privacy Policy.

We use Vercel Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that does not use cookies or collect personally identifiable information. The information collected is limited to:

• Aggregate page visit data (pages viewed, referring source, country-level location)
• Browser type and device type (in aggregate)
• Anonymized clicks on key buttons (e.g. “Enter on Instagram”)

This data cannot be linked to individual users and is used only to understand how the page performs.

When you enter the contest on Instagram by tagging @adrenalineperfomance, we collect:

• Your Instagram handle
• The content of your submission (the Reel itself)
• Any caption, location, or metadata you have made publicly available on Instagram

If you are selected as a finalist or winner, we may also collect:

• Your full name (for prize records)
• Your country of residence
• Your PayPal email address (for prize payment)

This information is collected directly from you via Instagram direct message.

• To administer the contest (judging, voting, announcement)
• To pay out prizes to winners
• To use submitted content as licensed under the Official Rules (across our marketing channels with credit)
• To improve our website and contest operations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties except as required to deliver prizes (e.g. PayPal) or to comply with the law.

This website does not use tracking cookies. Vercel Analytics uses first-party measurement that does not require cookies. Instagram, when you click through to our profile, may use its own cookies — those are governed by Instagram’s Privacy Policy.

• Submission content (Reels): retained indefinitely under the perpetual license granted in the Official Rules
• Winner records (name, country, PayPal email): retained for up to 7 years for tax and audit purposes
• Anonymous analytics data: retained for up to 24 months

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Withdraw consent for future use of your submitted content

Entrants under the age of 18 must have parental or guardian permission to enter. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Adrenaline Performance is based in Canada. If you are accessing this website from outside Canada, please be aware that your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in Canada and other countries where our service providers operate.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via the contest page and the “Last updated” date at the top of this policy.
