Official Rules

This contest is sponsored by Adrenaline Performance Inc. (“AP,” “we,” “us”), a Canadian company. Contact: marcusgoguen@adrenalineperformance.co.

Open worldwide except where prohibited by law.

Excluded jurisdictions: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, and any other sanctioned jurisdiction.

Open to entrants of all ages. Entrants under 18 must have parental or guardian permission before submitting an entry. By entering, the entrant confirms that, if under 18, such permission has been obtained.

Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Adrenaline Performance Inc. are not eligible.

Submissions open on May 11, 2026 at 8:00 AM PT and close on May 21, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT. Finalists will be announced on May 25, 2026. Public voting closes on May 29, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT. Winners will be announced on May 31, 2026.

To enter, an eligible skier must, during the submission period:

• Post a video Reel to a public Instagram account they own;
• Tag @adrenalineperfomance directly on the video Reel using Instagram’s tag tool;
• Include the hashtag #SendOfTheYear in the caption;
• Follow @adrenalineperfomance.

Submissions must:

• Be between 15 and 60 seconds in length;
• Show the entrant skiing (the entrant must be the skier in the clip);
• Be filmed during the 2025/26 ski season;
• Have a caption written in English.

By submitting an entry, the entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules.

• Marcus’s Pick: $500 CAD, awarded to the entrant whose clip is selected by Marcus Goguen.
• People’s Choice: $500 CAD, awarded to the entrant whose finalist clip receives the most public votes on the Adrenaline Performance Instagram account.

Total prize value: $1,000 CAD. Prizes will be paid in Canadian Dollars via PayPal within 48 hours of the winner confirming their claim.

Adrenaline Performance will shortlist 10 finalists from all valid submissions, based on skill, style, creativity, and execution.

Marcus Goguen will independently select the Marcus’s Pick winner.

The People’s Choice winner will be determined by the most public votes (Instagram comments referencing a finalist number) on the finalist compilation Reel.

Adrenaline Performance reserves the right to disqualify any entry or vote that shows evidence of manipulation. Marcus Goguen retains final discretion over the People’s Choice winner if the public vote is determined to have been compromised.

All judging decisions are final.

By entering, each entrant grants Adrenaline Performance Inc. a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, distribute, and display their submitted Reel and any associated content (the “Submission”) across all Adrenaline Performance channels, including but not limited to social media, website, email marketing, advertising, and partner communications. Adrenaline Performance will credit the entrant by tagging their Instagram handle when reusing the Submission.

Each entrant warrants that:

• They are the skier in the Submission, or have explicit permission from any other identifiable individual;
• They own all rights to the Submission, or have permission from the original creator (e.g. videographer);
• The Submission does not infringe any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights;
• They have obtained any necessary releases from people identifiable in the Submission.

Winners will be contacted via Instagram direct message within 48 hours of the announcement.

Winners must respond within 7 days with a valid PayPal email to claim their prize.

If a winner does not respond within 7 days, the prize will be forfeited and will not be awarded for that contest period.

Adrenaline Performance is not responsible for delays or fees imposed by PayPal or by the winner’s local financial institution.

Adrenaline Performance reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these Rules, contains unsafe or harmful content, harassment, hate speech, or content that infringes third-party rights.

Instagram is not a sponsor, affiliate, administrator, or otherwise involved in this contest. Entrants release Instagram from any and all liability associated with this contest.

Adrenaline Performance reserves the right to modify these Rules with reasonable notice or to suspend or cancel the contest if circumstances make it impractical to continue.

By entering, entrants agree to release Adrenaline Performance, its affiliates, sponsors, and partners from any liability arising from participation in the contest, acceptance of any prize, or use of any prize.

Information collected from entrants (Instagram handle, name, country, PayPal email — collected only for prize payout) will be used solely for the administration of this contest and will not be sold or shared except as required to deliver prizes. This contest is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
